How do I access my course?

All of our training courses are hosted at nava.teachable.com. You can login via the menu above or use the link you were sent in the welcome email. The Teachable platform is separate to NAVA's website, so you will need to set up a new account.


When does the course start?

All of NAVA's courses on the Teachable platform are self-paced, so you can start as soon as you like. But don't forget that you only have access to the course and community message board for one year, so don't wait too long!


Do I have to complete all of the exercises?

The exercise and case study portion of the courses is where you will find the most value in applying the Code, but there are no evaluations or tests, so it is up to you.


What is the community message board?

On the community message board you will find suggested answers to the exercises and case studies in your course, and discussion forums with other participants.


Will there be feedback?

No, but you can head to the community message board after you have completed your course to see how others have answered the questions.


Do I receive a discount as a NAVA Member?

Yes! NAVA Members receive a 30% discount. Head to the NAVA website using this link (https://visualarts.net.au/code-course-member-discount/) to login and find the coupon code.


Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

 As this is a digital product we don't offer refunds on any course purchases.
